ABOUT

Charlotte is a qualified counsellor (M.A. Counselling) and coach (International Coaching Federation), with a focus on the body mind system and interpersonal relationships. She supports her clients to befriend their mind and body and to align their inner landscape with their outer world so they can be more enlivened, connected and present.

Charlotte grew up in the UK and has a background in teaching in France, Sweden and here, in Melbourne. She is also a skilled group facilitator, having offered programs in movement meditation, menstrual and perimenopause education and writing classes.

Charlotte has written three books, co-published a successful parenting magazine and worked as a doula/birth attendant, both privately and as a volunteer (Birth for Humankind). Charlotte is a trained movement teacher (Open Floor International) and meditation teacher (Melbourne Meditation Centre) and has also studied cyclical wisdom at the School of Shamanic Womancraft.

The threads of creativity, motherhood, rites of passage (menarche, birth, menopause), taboos, teaching and facilitating, publishing and a deep love of movement, mindfulness and community have engaged Charlotte at different times in her life.

Charlotte works with individuals and couples, offers group work and volunteers at Griefline. She cherishes connecting with her loved ones, dancing, studying and being in nature.
